You are responsible for supporting the project management team during the execution of complex projects. The scope of these projects can range from €1000 to in the millions of Euros, with each project having unique requirements. You will be working within the business unit Lankhorst Engineered Products – Offshore. The business unit has a dedicated international team, with the projects team based in Sneek and a sales team based also in the USA and Malaysia. The working language with our clients is English. In this role you will report to the Manager Offshore Department.
Together with the project managers you will be responsible for coordinating work between all relevant internal parties (including Production, Engineering, Purchasing and Sales) so that projects are executed according to schedule, budget and the agreements with the customer. As such, there will be regular direct contact with our customers.
As required by the project managers you will be responsible for the preparation and execution of qualification and acceptance testing for or with the customer, the preparation and review of documentation for submission to the customer and the provision of regular progress updates. There will also be smaller projects for which you are solely responsible for the execution from start to finish.
